Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. They define the rules for using ErrandWallet and protect both you and us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ErrandWallet application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use ErrandWallet.
  • You must reside in a supported country where our services are legally available.
  • You must not have been previously banned or suspended from our platform.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and biometric credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during KYC verification.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not use your account for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.

4. Transaction Rules

All transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. ErrandWallet is not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses. Transaction limits may apply based on your KYC verification level. We reserve the right to hold or reverse transactions suspected of fraud.

5. Fees

Fees are clearly disclosed before each transaction and are subject to change with 14 days notice. Network fees (blockchain gas) are passed at cost with no markup. We reserve the right to introduce new fees with appropriate notice to users.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Purchasing illegal goods or services.
  • Circumventing sanctions or export controls.
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
  • Using the platform to manipulate markets or engage in fraud.

7. Limitation of Liability

ErrandWallet is not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network outages, market volatility, user errors, or third-party service failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
